ok, how lucky do you have to be.. you may have heard about the Yemen plane crash. My thoughts go out to the family and friends of all those that died. Tragic.

But, this girl that survived!

I don’t think she remembers the crash itself, but I’m sure she remembers it going down and has that to deal with that. Actually I think I heard on the news she does remember voices.

What are the odds of something like that?

You have to wonder how you’d deal with it emotionally.. and how it would change your life. There is no doubt, no matter how, it would somehow. You couldn’t just step back into your life like nothing happened after something like that.

First. RIP Michael Jackson. Loved him when I was a kid in the early 80s. Major loss in the world of music..

Now here’s what’s on my mind.

The whole child sexual abuse and child molestation charges.. and whatever else he was accused of.. I didn’t really follow it when it was happening except the occasional news story.

But, I don’t believe he was ever charged with anything right?

I know he paid some people to avoid trial. But I’m pretty sure that, by default, doesn’t necessarily mean that person is guilty of anything. If I had his money, making something go away instead of going through the media circus etc, might be a better option..

I was reading as I skimmed the above wikipedia info.. he claims he was a victim of a failed extortion attempt.

But everywhere I look people are calling him a child molester.

I know he was a bit out there.. strange, odd etc.. But again, by default, that doesn’t make someone a child molester. Maybe he loved children and liked hanging out with them, but again, by default..

Does someone know something I don’t? Video, photos, audio? Something.. that proves he did anything wrong?

Just curious. I’m not necessarily posting this to defend him, I’m just trying to understand this in general (no matter who it would be). I had personally brushed it off because of the whole presumption of innocence thing – being considered innocent until proven guilty.. a legal right.

Or today is it, if the media says someone’s guilty, they just are?

Or when a child is involved.. it defaults to the child and that adult will automatically burn no matter the evidence.

Would love your insight or knowledge on this.

Hi,

If you’ve been here before, you’ll notice there is a whole new site design, layout.. and you’ll soon notice there is a whole new content focus for this site/blog.

As my tagline suggests, this blog is simply going to be my thoughts, notes and observations.. on a wide variety of topics. I may gravitate to various subjects, but overall this is going to be an open format from now on.

Recently I launched a few new, focused, sites to concentrate on specific areas and to better deliver certain things.. that’s where the guide went you once found here related to relationships. It now sits on it’s own site.

All of that was a precursor to what you’ll now see here. This will basically serve as my central site.. that may or may not connect with my other projects. But mostly it will allow me to spread my wings topic wise and have a whole lot more fun.
